Apple Pepper Chicken
I found this recipe in our news paper. It has a savory sauce, not to sweet with a hint of heat. I use Braswell's Red Pepper Jelly, and I find this in the jams and jelly section of my local grocery store. I serve this over Uncle Ben's long grain rice. -- posted by Sandy Doenges

Skillet Sausage and Chicken
I came up with this when I had these ingredients that needed to get used up. This came together great and turned out to be a great one dish meal. I learned from reading an America's Test Kitchen cookbook that by cooking the vegetables seperately each vegetable will have their full flavor when you combine them later and it does taste much better that way after doing it. It might take a few extra minutes, but the flavor of the dish will be awesome! You may also enjoy this with steamed rice. -- posted by LDSMom128

Swanson Citrus Chicken and Rice
You can use any chicken broth, but Swanson came up with the recipe. It's very easy and tenderly delicious. Nice touch is sauteed orange slices served on top. -- posted by AliciaGski

Mexican Chicken Soup
Spicy chicken soup topped with cilantro - super easy to throw together! Don't omit that cilantro, it really 'makes' this soup! Tortilla chips make a nice side to this... or even crush a few and top soup before serving. -- posted by Brooke the Cook in WI
